yoga at 'La Vudele'
Claudia practices Iyengar yoga at La Vudéle.
After having been exposed to various forms of yoga she decided to focus on the slow and concentrated art of Iyengar yoga, with its focus on oneself, on balance and on the gentle use of one’s muscles, combining it with various aspects of Hatha yoga.
Everybody and anybody is welcome to join. In the warmer months we practice outside in the garden, in the colder months the focus is on quiet mediation indoors. Please bring your own yoga mat and a towel.

Yoga is a complete process, from beginning to end. It is therefore that we ask for everyone to arrive 15 minutes early, to get changed and settled in. We start with a short meditation, to gather our thoughts and focus on the practice ahead. We will spend about one hour practicing the different positions of Iyengar yoga, followed by a period of relaxation.
