We want to pass on our knowledge to people who share our passion for the organic lifestyle, gourmet delights, nature's simple treasures & pleasures and the beautiful surroundings of the Provence. ~ vegetarian cooking classes
spend Saturday morning shopping for ingredients at a local market in Riez, then learn how to prepare a vegetarian, organic, seasonal and Provencal 4-course meal.

~ Plant-an-Olive-Tree
inspired by a book given to us by Lothar and written by Jean Giono, a famous Provencal writer, 'The Man Who Planted Trees', we want to give everyone the opportunity to become part of our effort to give back to nature and plant/adopt one of our olive trees, for a nominal one-time fee of € 20 per tree. If you wish you can pick your own olives in December! In total we will be planting 35 trees.

Learn how to make your own from scratch, with your own starter dough. Stay one night in our B&B and start the dough the evening of your arrival, then help finish your bread in the morning.

~ December 2013: olive picking in Provence
Come partake in this unique experience! We pick olives every day for almost 2 weeks in December so if you want to join us in the fun we will be happy to share this moment with you. No experience required as we pick by hand. We start after breakfast when the sun starts to warm the ground, around 10 a.m., then pick olives until lunch time. A warm soup and hot drinks will keep us warm so that we can pick more olives until the sun goes down, around 4 p.m. After that there is time to relax, and in the evening we serve a hearty meal, to re-energize our tired bones and muscles from a satisfying day outside.
