With fresh produce from our garden or preserves made during the respective harvesting season (for example: tomatoes in the summer make a great sauce base for the rest of the year) we want to share our passion for healthy organic and vegetarian food and the savoir vivre en Provence with others. As La Vudèle is located outside the village it is important for us to bring people to us, to share our passion and exchange thoughts and ideas. The idea for this table d’hotes came about while sitting at a large wooden table for 8 people: a manageable size in terms of cooking, with enough opportunity to interact with one another.

Each time we cook a different menu, depending on what is available in our vegetable garden or with the local organic producers. In the warmer months we sit down in our beautiful garden and in the colder months in our farmhouse kitchen for a delicious meal, including but not limited to:
~ a local or home-made aperitif
~ a starter consisting of salad from our garden or fresh soup, served with home-made bread
~ a wholesome main course, with fresh, cooked or grilled vegetables, accentuated by potatoes, rice, couscous or pasta
~ delicious dessert, made fresh with fruit from our garden or the local farmers' market
~ a selection of local goats' cheeses like chévre du Verdon from a very animal-friendly producer of goats' cheeses, Régine Avondo in Bras d'Asse, and Banon A.O.C. from our neighbor at the Ferme Mistral in Quinson
~ a local or homemade digestif
~ wine tasting of various wines from Quinson which grows on the plains behind La Vudèle
The all-inclusive price for this extensive vegetarian meal is € 34 per person, including all drinks: aperitif, wine, water, coffee and tea, digestive. Please call us at least 24 hours beforehand to reserve as space is limited (8 guests maximum).
As the seasons and its cornucopia of fruit and vegetables change constantly, so does the offering at the table d’hote. What may have been served one month may not be possible 3 weeks later or even one year later at the same time.
