With fresh produce from our garden or preserves made during the respective harvesting season (for example: tomatoes in the summer make a great sauce base for the rest of the year) we want to share our passion for healthy food and the savoir vivre en Provence with others.
As La Vudèle is located outside the village it is important for us to bring people to us, to share our passion and exchange thoughts and ideas. The idea for this table d’hotes came about while sitting at a large wooden table for 8 people: a manageable size in terms of cooking, with enough opportunity to interact with one another.
Each week we cook a different meal, depending on what is available in our vegetable garden or at the local organic farm.
As foreigners we realize that it will take some time to be integrated into the long-standing community in and around Quinson so we want to welcome locals, friends, guests and future friends to our table.
